Leg of Lamb

We roasted a leg of lamb last Sunday. We have been eating lamb since. Lamb Tagine, Lamb cous cous (or Kiss Kiss, if you like) and today, I am boiling the bone for some soup broth. It smells great in here.

Raw material before the roast.

I also noticed that I was wearing a Stop the Traffik T-shirt that day.

The bone with some meat left over.

What does it feels like to be consumed every day?

From the raw to the cut up.
